What is the best type of male underwear for running?
never been a fan of briefs but its quite annoying to have everythig bouncing… what is the appropiate type of underwear to run? Please include brands. Also what type of socks do u recommend? I just buy the classic white ‘champion’ socks (not the big ones, but the ones that cover just up to the ancle)

Most of my socks are New Balance, Brooks, Asics, and Road Runners. The best running socks are very short and very light.
Boxers…..bleh. Forget briefs. Under Armour compression shorts are the ultimate way to go. Light, tight, extraordinarily comfy. Basically perfect.
